Dallas, TX MacBook keyboard mouse or Trackpad is not working as expecte



The trackpad is not clicking on MacBook Pro is a very irritating situation. Before resetting the SMC, put your Macbook to sleep mode and then wake your Mac. Restart your laptop and then shut it down.  This can resolve the issue without SMC reset. If the trackpad and keyboard still don't work, shut down the computer and plug  out and plug in the power supply.
 
Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, select Keyboard , then click Input Sources. Select Show Input menu in menu bar > Open the Input menu, then select the correct keyboard.
 
  1. Go to the Apple menu in the top-left corner of your screen.
  2. Select System Preferences.
  3. Click on Accessibility.
  4.  Press Pointer Control (or Mouse & Trackpad).

5.Reset NVRAM or PVRAM

  6. Try another keyboard..
