In case you didn't know, Windows 9 is going to be the latest update for Microsoft's operating system. Until today, there wasn't a lot of information about Windows 9, but a company executive recently spoke publicly about a few things that will be included.

The executive revealed that a new web browser will be added to Windows 9, which will be called the "Microsoft Edge." Microsoft Edge is supposed to work faster than Internet Explorer and include new features that people are asking for. According to the executive, "We want to build the next browser for our customers that aren't yet on Windows."

The fact that Microsoft is adding another browser to Windows 9 is not surprising because other tech companies have been doing this in the past. Apple uses its own Safari browser on Mac computers as well as iPhones and iPads, and Google uses its Chrome browser on its Chrome operating system.
