 My Samsung Galaxy book running on windows 10 would not open up websites or apps then froze when I was working on a document. I also noticed that the battery was draining fast. I took it to Mac Service Dallas to troubleshoot the issues and repair. They did a full diagnostic on my device and found that my Hard Drive had crashed, unable to load any files or operating systems due to a virus, I needed to get it fixed as soon as possible so that I could get back to work.
