Strange battery problem

I have a Samsung Book 9 ion 17in, bought from best buy. It was working fine until one day it just stopped charging and the battery went from 100% to 42%. I got a replacement charger from best buy and after multiple tries hard restarts nothing worked. Long story short I sent it in for repair. The computer got sent to Texas Mac Repair in Plano, TX which is about 10 miles away from me.

I was told it would only take a week to fix and when i got it back it was worse than I sent it. The battery life went from 42% to 19%, the fan went from quiet to very noisy and the screen went from bright (400 nit) to dull (300 nit). I called Mac Service Dallas to ask them what they did and they said they can't fix that.
