Slow microsoft surface laptop 1 computer fix in dallas

I walked into Mac Service Dallas with my slow microsoft surface laptop. I wanted it to be cleaned and optimized. I haven't been able to use it for months now. I'm a musician so I needed it for some work. It's my life, if you know what I mean! I had tried to clean it myself but it didn't help at all.

When I entered the store, the manager greeted me and asked me what was wrong with my laptop. I told him everything that was wrong with it. It was running slow, freezing up and just being super annoying.

The Mac Service Dallas manager had said to give him about an hour or so to clean my laptop because he had some other work to do first.
