slow acer predator fix in plano

  had a slow acer predator fix in plano and it was the most complicated gadget I've ever fixed. Their operating system was Windows 10. I had to replace the hard drive and then re-install the operating system in order to get the laptop to work right again. I also replaced the processor, but that didn't fix the problem. Then I upgraded the ram. That did the trick.
