Slow Acer Porche Fix - Best of Plano is a contest designed to recognize the best in various categories within the Plano area. You can vote once daily for your favorites in each of the twelve categories. The top three vote-getters in each category will be announced as winners and will be invited to a party on April 16, 2018. Winners will receive a certificate from Best of Plano along with other prizes.

The Slow Acer Porche Fix is a Plano snipe hunt (an event where participants are sent on a wild goose chase) that launched on March 4, 2014 (March 4th is National Snipe Day). The event was created by the people behind this website, Dallas Mac Service, to poke fun at the fact that there are so many slow Acer Porche's running around out there in our community.

The Slow Acer Porche Fix began when Dallas Mac Service released a video showing its technicians troubleshooting a broken Acer Porche computer.
