The cord fraying is making charging the razor impossible to charge.

The consumer said he had charged the razor three times and each time the blades were not fully charged as the razor would stop during shaving. The consumer said he used the razor for three days and each time the battery died before finishing.

The consumer also said he purchased a replacement head and when attempting to attach it, the razor's blade guard was preventing the blade from attaching. The consumer was concerned that this could cause an injury because he had been using it that way.

The consumer requested a refund.
